1. Who we are
We operate a platform where event organizers and guests upload photos and messages. This policy explains how we use personal data under GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
2. What we collect
Display name, photos, comments/likes, QR and event IDs, IP, browser details, and timestamps.
3. How we use it
Uploads: consent · Likes: legitimate interest · Notifications/analytics: consent or legitimate interest.
4. QR uploads
Scanning a QR code requires explicit consent before uploading.
5. Retention
Up to 6 months after the event or until deletion is requested.
6. Sharing
We do not sell data. We only use lawful subprocessors.
7. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdraw consent.
8. Security
HTTPS, access control, secure storage.
9. Children
Organizers are responsible for parental consent where required.
